Book Private Healing Session

A session will include crystals, smudging, singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, breathwork, guided meditation, or intuitive guidance. These tonal vibrations are placed on and around the body reaching into you at a cellular level. The body absorbs the harmonic frequencies and is nourished by them. Sound is not only heard through the ears but it is felt with every sense of our being on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. 

These sound vibrations have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems. A sound bath is a delicious way to nurture and nourish yourself.
